# Emmanuel Aouad / Creative Mind Frame

> Transformation and operational excellence leader, nerdcore artist and multi-instrumentalist,

Sixteen years fixing how work works, across financial services, manufacturing and payments:
over $100 million in cost savings and cost avoidance, more than 2,000 people trained in
operational excellence, and close to 500 coached through to certification. Six Sigma Black Belt
certified and Master Black Belt trained through Ohio State's Fisher College of Business and
MoreSteam. Creator of HEAR (Human Experience Architecture and Research), a human-centered
transformation framework presented publicly as the Four Phases of HEARing.

Also, and not separately: the nerdcore artist Creative Mind Frame, with 29 releases since 2012,
SXSW showcases from 2015 to 2020, and a decade of convention stages as both a rapper and a
saxophonist. Founding member of the Nerdy People of Color Collective. In 2024 he taught himself
game development to release Level Up: The Playable Rap Album on Steam, the world's first playable
rap album. His educational music about Lean Six Sigma sits inside MoreSteam's certification
curriculum, which is the clearest single illustration of how the two halves connect.
