Sixteen years across financial services, manufacturing and payments. Over $100 million in savings and cost avoidance, more than 2,000 people trained and close to 500 coached through to certification. I built HEAR because transformation fails as a human problem long before it fails as a process one.
I speak, I train, and I take on a small amount of consulting. AI is the newest tool in that work, not a replacement for it.

Twenty-nine releases since 2012 as Creative Mind Frame. SXSW showcases, a decade of convention stages as both a rapper and a horn player, and an album series where every entry arrives on a different medium and asks a different sense to do the work.
In 2024 I taught myself game development to release Level Up, the world's first playable rap album, on Steam. Level Up 2 is in development now.

Twelve years in a single event teaches you what repetition actually costs, and none of it transferred cleanly to a course that never runs the same way twice. This one is not for sale. It is the reason the other two are believable.

the door for me.
I grew up first generation in this country. I was taught to work hard and do the right thing, and also taught that only gets you so far. I am here because a lot of people held a door. When you reach that kind of place, holding it is the job.
Nine years on the board of the National Association of Wabash Men, a tutoring program I directed, and over $3,000 raised through the Positive Vibe Squad streaming community. My mother is Wurche of Gbogda, and northern Ghana is family.
