While I am classically trained in many frameworks, my success has been accomplished by acknowledging tools and frameworks are just that… tools and frameworks. The human element and framework flexibility are the most important things and remembering we are here to solve people’s problems are what make OE successful. With 11 years within the Financial Services sector (Insurance, Banking, Wealth Management & FinTech) and 3 years in Manufacturing my dedication to transformation initiatives has led to significant business process optimization, enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of these industries.

My hands-on leadership has yielded over $100 million in cost savings and cost avoidance for the companies I’ve worked with (in addition to 100s of thousands of efficiency hours and significant UX improvements). Beyond the quantitative achievements, my expertise and passion extends to the professional development of individuals. By training over 2000 people in the principles of OE and coaching over 300 to certification, I live my commitment to mentorship and providing professional growth opportunities to all.
