Music & Game Development

Art you experience,
not just consume.

Classically trained, 10 years on the convention and festival circuit and the world's first playable rap album.

Music with intention

Made to be met halfway.

I make music for the kind of listening that changes the room around it. The sound, the object, the game or the ritual is part of the work, not packaging around it.

These three releases ask for three different kinds of attention. Each begins with one track you can hear here, then gives you somewhere deeper to go.

Game development

So I learned
to build games.

Level Up needed to be a real game, so I learned game development and shipped it on Steam in November 2024.

Featured by Debug Magazine and the Game Devs of Color Expo. Level Up 2 is in development now.

Educational music

Six Sigma, set to music.

I dissect complex subjects and turn them into songs. Eight to ten of them sit inside MoreSteam's Six Sigma curriculum, where people studying for their belts learn the material from them.

By day, Aouad is a process optimization program manager with a passion for Lean Six Sigma and organizational efficiency. By night, he's an up-and-coming rapper and Nerdcore artist. MoreSteam case study

This is the part of my work that refuses to sit in one category, and the part I am most sure about. Music is a delivery mechanism for learning, and almost nobody uses it that way.

It is not only Six Sigma. Ohm-I and I made a song about the Raspberry Pi, and Raspberry Pi themselves ran it on their official blog for Pi Day 2017, calling it a gem and telling readers to check out more of his brilliant work.

Live performance

Creative Mind Frame is a live experience.

I have spent more than a decade learning how to hold a room. I rap, pick up a horn and move between sets without dropping the energy.

That includes SXSW, MAGFest, MomoCon and years with the Nerdy People of Color Collective.
