Our next speaker has spent sixteen years fixing how work works, and somewhere along the way he started writing songs about it. Those songs are now inside a Six Sigma certification curriculum. He is a Hall of Fame hurdler, a two-time American Ninja Warrior, and he built the world's first playable rap album. Please welcome Emmanuel Aouad.

Emmanuel Aouad has spent sixteen years fixing how work works. Across financial services, manufacturing and payments, his hands-on leadership has generated more than $100 million in savings and cost avoidance, alongside hundreds of thousands of efficiency hours. He has trained over 2,000 people in operational excellence and coached close to 500 through to certification. He is Six Sigma Black Belt certified and Master Black Belt trained through Ohio State's Fisher College of Business and MoreSteam, and he built HEAR, Human Experience Architecture and Research, his own transformation framework built on the conviction that transformation fails as a human problem long before it fails as a process one. He keynoted UC Santa Barbara's first Process Paradise, presented at Financial Executives International's AI Case Studies Conference, and delivers the Trust Equity webcast for MoreSteam. Under the name Creative Mind Frame he is a nerdcore hip-hop artist and multi-instrumentalist with twenty-nine releases since 2012, SXSW showcases from 2015 to 2020, and a founding membership in the Nerdy People of Color Collective. He performs as both rapper and horn player, having shared stages with Mega Ran, MC Frontalot, MC Lars, Shing02 and Substantial at MAGFest and MomoCon. In 2024 he taught himself game development to release Level Up: The Playable Rap Album, the world's first playable rap album, on Steam. His educational music sits inside MoreSteam's Six Sigma curriculum. A two-time American Ninja Warrior competitor who reached the Los Angeles semi-finals, he is also a Wabash College Athletics Hall of Famer, a two-time NCAA Division III All-American hurdler, and still holds three Wabash records set in 2010. He studied economics and music at Wabash College and serves on the board of the National Association of Wabash Men.

Giving back
I grew up first generation in this country. I was taught to work hard and do the right thing, and also taught that only gets you so far. I am where I am because a lot of people held a door. When you reach that kind of place, holding the door is the job.
I have served nine years on the board of the National Association of Wabash Men, directed a tutoring program, and raised over $3,000 for causes through the Positive Vibe Squad streaming community. My mother is Wurche of Gbogda, and northern Ghana is family.
